What a difference a year makes!

During the height of the pandemic in 2021, the AEIO team worked with the Women in Golf Foundation on a completely virtual event with the help of SWERVE, so we were thrilled to be able to work with WIGF president LaJean Waller Gould to create a true hybrid event for this year’s conference at the National Women’s Collegiate Women’s Championship.

Robin, LaThaniel, Stephan and I were all on the ground at Eagles Landing Country Club to serve as SWERVE Ambassadors for the Professional Development sessions which included live panel discussions involving virtual and in-person speakers. Alex Baldwin from the PGA Tour joined us virtually for the “How to Be Your Own Champion in the Job World” live panel, and SWERVE allowed all of the in-person and virtual participants to see and hear Alex from a remote location.

It was great to see LaJean again and all of the college athletes who are about to embark on their professional journeys, and it’s always a good day at work when your office is a country club!
